During an ever changing situation, we understand the difficulties that fans and family members are encountering as we try to make our way thru a school year and thru different sports seasons.  Obviously, this is an extremely fluid situation and seems to change daily.  Our #1 goal has always been, and will continue to be, allowing our student-athletes to compete in a healthy and safe environment.  Also, we feel that it is important for those closest to these student athletes have the ability to watch their child compete.  We have taken numerous precautions to ensure this goal and will continue to navigate our way thru this pandemic.  Effective as of December 14, 2020 until further notice, Inola Public Schools will adhere to Governor Kevin Stitt’s Executive Order to limit attendance at sporting events and other public gatherings.  Sporting Events are limited to 4 people per participant or 50% of capacity, whichever number is lower.  In our case, we will limit each participant to 4 vouchers.  Participants can disseminate vouchers to whoever they choose.  Vouchers are not the same as tickets to the event, they must be accompanied by the $5.00 gate price or by an acceptable pass.  Acceptable passes are, but not limited to, Inola Public Schools employee passes, season ticket holders, etc.  Oklahoma Coaches Association passes do not need to be accompanied by a voucher.  Any participant that needs less than 4 vouchers can return the voucher to his/her coach or to the athletic department.  To ask for an unused voucher, fans must submit an email to Jeff Unrau at junrau@inola.k12.ok.us  beginning at 6:00 am on the morning of the event.  Any email received before 6:00 am will not be valid and that request will not be granted.  Unused vouchers will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.  Those receiving the extra voucher will be notified by noon of game day.  Those receiving extra vouchers must pay for that ticket or they will no longer be considered for unused vouchers.  These procedures will be followed at most events on the road, although each district may have a few different policies.  If you are a reserved basketball seat holder, but do not receive a voucher, you will be refunded the price of admission for that game.  If you have any questions, please contact Jeff Unrau at 918.798.3776 or email at junrau@inola.k12.ok.us

Thanks for your cooperation in a difficult situation,
