Local band Eyebolt was invited to compete in the annual Battle of the Bands hosted by the Oklahoma Eastern Food Bank at the Cain's Ballroom. Eight Oklahoma bands competed in the prestigious competition held on Thursday, March 31.
Established in 2021, Eyebolt is composed of five local musicians, including Claremore-Sequoyah senior, Trent Prather, Inola graduate Chris Tuttle, and three Inola seniors: Glenn R. Townsend, Trevor Burt, and Johnny Sund.
