Inola High School senior Delaney Gibson has spent the past two years turning hard work and heart into meaningful impact for her community. As the organizer and host of The Rustic Rumble, a sheep and goat jackpot show, Gibson has combined her passion for agriculture with a commitment to service.
On Friday, February 13, Gibson proudly presented the Inola Special Education Department with a $6,000 donation. The funds were raised through The Rustic Rumble over the past two years, reflecting the strong community support behind the event and Gibson’s dedication to its success.
What began as an ambitious student-led project has grown into an event that not only showcases local livestock exhibitors but also makes a tangible difference for students and educators. Through countless hours of planning, organizing, and coordinating participants and sponsors, Gibson demonstrated exceptional leadership, determination, and generosity.
Her commitment to serving others continues to leave a lasting mark on Inola, inspiring fellow students and community members alike.
