The first-ever Inola Middle School 1/2 Day Fun Day took place Monday afternoon, May 18, and it was a huge success for students and staff alike.
A special thank you goes to the PTO volunteers who helped organize and make the event possible. Students participated with great enthusiasm throughout the afternoon, while teachers fully embraced the fun and friendly competition.
One of the highlights of the day was the tug-of-war competition, where the 8th grade class proved unstoppable — even defeating the teachers. Another memorable moment came during the inflatable costume race featuring Mrs. McMillan (1st place), Mrs. Holland, and Mr. Ferguson, which kept everyone laughing and cheering.
Inola Middle School would also like to recognize Coach Kvam, Coach Powell, and Mr. Holloway for their behind-the-scenes work that helped the event run smoothly.
The afternoon was filled with fun, school spirit, and great memories, making the inaugural 1/2 Day Fun Day a fantastic experience for everyone involved.
