Outstanding Performances at the 2025 State Track Meet in Ardmore, OK

This past weekend in Ardmore, Oklahoma, our track and field athletes delivered unforgettable performances at the 2025 State Track Meet, proudly representing our school and demonstrating incredible talent, determination, and sportsmanship.

Leading the way was Bella Riggs, who shattered a long-standing school record in the 300-meter hurdles with a blazing time of 47.00 seconds, earning 3rd place in Class 4A. Her performance breaks the previous record held by Shannon Harris and sets a new benchmark for future athletes.

Joseph Estes also brought home a 3rd place medal, clocking an impressive 22.36 seconds in the 200-meter dash, showcasing his speed and competitive edge on the state’s biggest stage.

Eli Widney displayed remarkable grit, finishing 7th in the 300-meter hurdles and 9th in the 100-meter hurdles, just shy of the finals, but proving his place among the best in the state.

In the field events, Caleb Sims showcased his strength and consistency. He finished 8th in Class 4A Discus with a throw of 141’ 11”, and placed 12th overall in Shot Put with a mark of 45’ 7.25”.

Rounding out the team’s efforts, Larkin Sears reached new personal heights in the pole vault, clearing 9 feet to secure 12th place overall in Class 4A, a new personal best.

We are incredibly proud of all our student-athletes for their hard work, perseverance, and outstanding accomplishments this season. Congratulations to each one for making it to state and leaving it all on the track and field!
