Inola High School proudly held its annual National Honor Society induction ceremony on Thursday, February 19, welcoming several outstanding students into this prestigious organization.

The National Honor Society (NHS) recognizes students who exemplify excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Inola’s NHS chapter is open to students in grades 10–12 who demonstrate strong academic performance and a commitment to positively impacting their school and community.

To be considered for membership, students must maintain a minimum 3.2 grade point average and complete a comprehensive application process. The application requires evidence of leadership and co-curricular involvement, an essay reflecting the student’s positive contributions to the school and community, and teacher references.

Inducted members are expected to uphold the high standards of the organization and actively participate in all service projects throughout the year.

Inola High School congratulates the newest NHS members on this distinguished achievement and commends them for their dedication to academic excellence and service.
